•Established secure site capability enabling members to remit dues payments and purchase products online, in response to needs assessment priority for international members.

•Designed and implemented LAN for new office and managed relocation and implementation of PBX and voice mail system, ensuring that all systems were fully functional on the scheduled launch date.
