Working with, among other clients, Google Emissary as an advisor. Built and managed onshore / offshore team of 400 resources through 14 managers (in two layers), geographically dispersed throughout United States, Canada, Mexico, and India. Served as single point of contact with product development unit in Sweden to resolve all issues. This covered BSS as well as certain OSS products.
Scaled the organization by 200% in 12 months while managing a budget of $50M to support a large Transformation program
Successfully converted a large SaaS program, with a multi hundred million contract value and multiple releases per year, to Agile delivery model. Also established automation testing environment that reduced costs by 30%.

Secured sale and delivery of high transaction solution that was recognized by the customer as “Project of the Year” in 2013. This led to a new $250 Million business transformation program.

Engineering Manager II, Charging Solutions - Ericsson North America (2006-2008) Promoted to lead the design and delivery of Prepaid solutions to clients throughout North America.
Drove the consolidation of all AT&T projects for the Prepaid SaaS service into a large program with yearly releases that improved efficiency and reduced costs. Program was recognized as one of the most profitable within the segment globally and evolved as the blueprint for SaaS delivery within Ericsson.
Initiated and negotiated agreement with AKAMAI technology to reduce transmission costs by more than 75% for Managed Services contracts with cross-country connectivity and large data needs.
Championed the local development of unique Prepaid Administrative System that replaced existing system and eliminated outages on the AT&T SaaS platform.
