My main job was to run the line, which included but was not limited to, insuring that I had enough employees to operate the line at full capacity, filling out all appropriate paper work in a timely manner without making mistakes, Perform maintenance on all machinery during the shift in a safe and timely manner as to not lose production. Performed Quality checks on all product on my line to ensure that our I.V. bags were up to company standards. I am proficient in A.S.400 as I needed to perform employee time management to ensure all employees time was correct. My time with Baxter as a Production Technician also included volunteering to work every Friday night alongside B4 mechanics, this was to assist them in repairs and to perform P.Ms. and to better understand all the equipment and get the training I needed from a mechanic to better perform my own repairs.

As a packing handler, my job consisted of running a carton erector, manually packing of boxes, and unloading trucks of product. Perform Quality checks on all product entering my area and leaving my area to ensure product packaging was to company standards. My other job in packing was a senior handler when my senior handler was out or needed to be off the line. I had to run the line, fill out all the appropriate paper work, perform maintenance when machines break or needed adjusting, and perform the quality checks the sr handler performs.
