2017- present Centennial Medical Center Nashville, TN

Clinical Laboratory Manager

●Manages 117 staff for Clinical Laboratory; ensures initial and ongoing training and competency of lab personnel. Uses eSAF program for employee management.

●Manages Laboratory financial budget & inventory. Uses Lawson program for AP Invoices.

●Provides positive clinical support and consultation to physicians and medical staff. Development of Specialty Reference Laboratory Directory for unique/select testing.(Industrial Agreements for Genetic Testing - Pre and Post BM Transplant).
