John Cage’s “Imaginary Landscape No. 1” (2004)
Produced an authentic recording of the composer’s seminal electronic piece
Released by Mode Records in 2011 as part of the DVD audio version of “John Cage – the Works for Percussion 1”
First performance/recording of the work to use three 78 rpm frequency test records, as specified by Cage’s score, since 1953
Co-wrote the liner notes
The Wire magazine listed the Mode release as a Record of the Year in the Modern Composition category
Nosferatu, a Symphony of Horror (1996 / 2000)
Produced the first 35mm English-language restoration of the 1922 German classic to feature accurately translated titles and intertitles
Signed a six-year contract with Alloy Orchestra, who composed a score to accompany the print
Premiered with Alloy at Telluride in 2000, then played Lincoln Center, The Detroit Institute of Arts, The National Gallery of Art and numerous art film venues
