The company's three major web sites are: manaproducts.com, yournamepro.com and blackopalbeauty.com. My primary responsibility during the first two years at the company was to rebuild the company’s IT department from the ground up, while simultaneously building its new multi-million-dollar Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne ERP and Oracle SalesCloud CRM systems, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Advance Scheduler, Finance, UPK for KPIs, etc. In addition, delivered the supportive ERP tools like RFSMART, ADSI, Red-Zone, Reports-Now, BI-Publisher, Advanced Security Matrix (SSO integration) and the HR System UltiPro. Introduced new collaboration and back office tools to increase productivity and cut cost like, Office-365, Paper-Cut, centralized documents repository for security and redundancy, the new MANA buzzIT HelpDesk and many more. Created the Emerging Technology team to deliver new technologies not just to enhancing the business capabilities and processes, but dramatically reducing costs. Technologies like RFSMART, Microsoft’s Xamarin mobile and many more. Collaborated with the E-Commerce team to build new E-Commerce systems based on Shopify-Plus and Amazon.com. Delivered a new Infor Optiva PLM System with Advance Project Management for our R&D Lab (Chemists). By leveraging my decades of expertise and by adapting to my company’s business environment, I drove business development and retention to customer focus success. I shifted IT priorities from its historical role to the current corporate priority level. Focusing on enhancing business processes and collaboration has always been a priority. Invested in staff mentoring and training for the new technologies, processes, policies and best practices. Significantly reduced corporate costs by utilizing technologies and innovation to improve the business processes via design, centralizing IT purchases and services, and outsourcing and building an off-shore team. Reduced the IT operational cost 10% annually and by completing the digital transformation in 2016, reduced the corporate work force by approximately 40 FTEs. We have a 5-year ROI for our new ERP and other manufacturing investments like manufacturing finite scheduling, monitoring and automation systems. These numbers do not reflect the tremendous increase in employee productivity, enhanced accuracy in forecasting and reporting, and the dramatic reduction of systems' downtime.
