• Managed and executed training consulting services, requiring contract negotiation skills, scheduling, budgeting, and managing a staff of trainers and course developers

• Managed the training development component of a multi-million dollar government contract requiring skills in needs analysis, training analysis, media analysis, business process reengineering, course development and platform instruction, as well as managing a staff of IT and testing professionals

• Managed the instruction analysis, design, development, and execution for a Tri-services government Information System program, as well as the Customer Support Center, and project resources

• Contributor to proposal writing and research efforts for new contract work for Department of Defense (DoD) and various US Government agencies
