• Supervise the warehouse & logistics activities pertaining to inbound & outbound movement and documentation for the same.

• Handling the Physical Inspection of materials and ensuring adherence to quality standards for all incoming materials.

• Supervise the inventory management functions, which involve determining optimum, inventory levels.

• Interfacing with the unit heads of other departments for effective communication & coordination of the projects.

• Stock transfer of Slow Moving Items, Non Usable Items for proper utilization of material.

• MIS for Ageing Report, Receipt Report, Daily Dispatch Report, Stock Report, Stock Transfer Report, Reverse Logistics

(Repair and Return, Site Return Material in Good Condition).

• Handling of OCI of Receipt Material (Local/Import) Invoice wise.

• Work Activities in Computer Software Oracle Handling Receipts and issues of material e.g. all types of materials of Import & Local manufacture.

• Circulating MIS reports like daily Stock report, Major A class items, Statement of daily Incoming material, Rejection of Materials lying in stores.

• Circulating a exceptional report to the management related disposal of scrap lying warehouse premises.

• Coordination of all junior staff to best performance in favor of organization and managing of all internal or Infra.

• Close Co Ordination b/w Trade and Warehouse for the Timely Delivery of the Material.

• Information about the Competitions - Packing Quality / Deliveries and other Services.

• Training to the Trade Warehouse Team, about the Handling / Storing and Stacking of the Goods.

Arrangement for the Packing Material from the Warehouse and get the same converted to minimize the Returns.

• Get the Material sorted based on the GRMS and Ensure Timely Pick Up of the Defective Material – S2 Returns

Improvement in Trade Warehouse Management Feed back on the SIEL Transportation / Loading and Handling of the Goods, So that we can improve in those area
