Description

As mandated by the Leeds Beckett University MBA Program, four of my colleagues and I were assigned to work with Principle Healthcare International, one of the leading vitamin, mineral, and supplement companies in the United Kingdom and European markets for our culminating capstone project. As a team, we were responsible for reviewing existing operational process for stock planning, order fulfilment, dispatch etc. of ClubVits, Principle Healthcare’s most recent acquired subsidiary, in order to bolster their business to consumer operations on of our client’s domestic activities. Our primary goals were to 1) Benchmark its operation against best practice, and 2) Propose the changes that would be required to ensure the operational element of the business is as efficient as possible to ensure any margin gain from product portfolio and pricing is not lost elsewhere. Highlights

Created a strategy to recover ROI from analysis of sales data

Implemented a customer centric approach to ClubVits’ marketing activities.

Evaluated ClubVits against its top competitors through market analysis

Assessed customer satisfaction through the assessment of our client’s channels and selling platforms

Introduced a CRM system aimed to improve customer retention, cost effectiveness of operations, and accessibility to the vitamins, minerals, and supplements market as well as online platforms

Applied a change management program to guide the workforce through transitional phases encountered by our client.
