• Preparing Air Documents & handling at Air Port as Sr. Executive (Air Dept.,) EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE (Sea / Air Dept)

•Serving to all customers regarding all Export Sea/Air Shipment as well as flow the shipment on regular basis including below task.

a) Serving Vessel Schedule

b) Arranging Booking/CRO from carrier as per customer requirement c) Co-ordination between customer & carrier for providing best services IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE/DOCUMENTATION

•Performing the task as Executive Customer Services/Documentation with below a) Provide arrival information/notice to customer, b) Arranging Import Manifest (IGM) as per documents c) Providing Invoice to customer & flow up for getting required OBL & docs. d) Arranging D/O as per requirements
