LED PCB Assembly – Cal Poly IME Department
- Captured an electrical schematic and developed a PCB layout design using DipTrace software that met specific demands
- Manufactured a two-piece aluminum chassis that enclosed the electronics project assembly
- Hand soldered components to a PCB and interconnected wiring to terminals in accordance with acceptance criteria
- Applied wiring cramps to various wiring assemblies, assembled multi-pin connectors, installed fasteners to secure PCBs and LED wiring attachments into a reliable electrical interconnect system
