School Tech. Support, Germantown Municipal Schools Memphis, TN 2014-Present As School Technology Support (STS), my responsibilities lay with-in the category of On-Site Tech Support. I am responsible for resolving technology related issues for Teachers, Students, and Staff. These issues include hardware and software issues, whether on laptops, desktops, iPads, Promethean Boards/Software, printer issues, network connectivity, server issues, e-mail issues along with password re-sets for teachers and students. I am also heavily involved in the Blended Learning Program that the district has implemented. This includes set-up and distributing over 600 iPads for my assigned location. This process involves Mobile Device Management, in which I remotely distribute applications to each device. FileWave is the MDM software in which the district has in place.
