ACHIEVEMENTS

As an industry service department (expectation of minimal profit), increased monthly revenue by 80-100% within one year by providing exceptional service and flexibility. Commitment to the organization led to the forward move to Academic Chair

Developed and implemented a program designed to deliver on-line teaching material to maximize flexibility for clients.

Streamlined teaching material to eliminate unnecessary expenditures by implementing the creation of internal manuals and subsequent external book sales program.
