Responsible for all facets of Application support for the Division of Student Affairs customer-facing applications. Duties included project design and management, web-reporting metrics, data gathering and documentation requirements, quantifying cost, availability, and maintenance metrics across the lifecycle of the software, technical design documentation and management, SharePoint access management and new build design and usage, relational database design and development using a web-development tool (Knack), functional user accep- tance testing design, implementation, and reaction to both flaws and bugs, as well as being a contributing member of the Applications team.
Responsible for all first and second level support needs and incident management escalation processes supporting local, distributed, and virtual computing needs across multiple platforms and operating systems for customers within the Division of Student Affairs. Duties including working with customers to identify and remediate technical concerns with their hardware or software computing needs. Tools included Active Directory usage, Remote Desktop Connection assist, Access Based Enumeration (ABE) management and distribution, and incident request and resolution documentation and development using an ITIL supported ITSM enterprise relationship ticketing system (Cherwell).
