Directed projects from start to finish including:
• Overseeing bidding opportunities: Managed bidding documents for bid preparation in the public and private sector.
• Implementing and managing safety programs: Competent person qualification and training, OSHA compliance training, etc.
• Contract management for union and non-union contractors – Composition of contracts, scope verification, project completion and close out.

• Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare- 40 acre build out
$ 5.9 million contract completed with 1.5% over estimated profits. This was a three year project that completed the pavement installation one year ahead of schedule and overall completion 5 weeks prior to deadline.
• College of DuPage – Health Careers and Science Center New building on existing hardscape areas. Post bid research utilized future bidding opportunities to incorporate combined earthwork quantities to elevate profits.
• College of DuPage – Technical Education Center – New building Value engineering practices implemented changes in the project allowing savings to the owner, construction manager and contractor.
• Joliet College – Campus Center, Automotive Addition, Science Center and Tech Center This was a four year project consisting of four contracts all utilizing material handling techniques for maximum efficiency. Using the master plan from the engineering managers we adjusted future excavation savings to compensate the owner.
• Schaumburg Convention Center- 35 acre site with new building This project consisted of a hotel and convention facility built on a wetland area. A landscaped space was suggested to provide a berm area to significantly reduce the hauling of material for a major cost saving to the owner.
