BITMAN Description:

BITMAN is a custom built application on the Salesforce.com SaaS and on premise Oracle platforms. It supports our core business process of managing territories and related assignments (territory hierarchy, account to territory, user to territory, and product to territory). The process and requirements have been confirmed globally across all divisions (PM, CHC, AH). BITMAN data is required to support CRM and other commercial processes such as field force reporting & analytics, targeting and bonus/incentives.

The application is intended to be global, with the same configuration across all countries. Integration is also intended to be global. We expect additional local integration needs in the US and Japan, and potentially Brazil, which have more complex legacy landscapes. The application will be enhanced for all countries as new functional requirements are requested via a global change management process (similar to CRM).

Responsibilities:

1.Created users, roles, public groups and implemented role hierarchies, sharing rules and record level permissions to provide shared access among different users

2.Implemented fields like pick list fields, master-detail fields, Custom formula fields, and defined field dependencies for custom pick list fields
