I am confident that skills I have developed over the past several years while working in a variety of positions in administration, clerical, records management, filing, and data entry will make me an ideal candidate for this role.

Throughout my experiences, I have worked to develop additional skills utilizing temporary agencies to effectively support the daily operations of services and assist with many project management and administration related functions. As a Records Clerk with both Health Canada and Public Works, I developed a strong knowledge of electronic and hardcopy records management procedures. My responsibilities included entering data accurately, organizing, classifying files and records both on paper and in an electronic database management system called IRIMS Livelink. As a result, I have developed strong skills in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for document creation, email correspondence, scheduling, spreadsheet creation, data tracking as well as preparing presentations.

Additionally, I have proven my excellent attention to detail through proofreading my work and guaranteeing a decreased amount of errors and am able to remain calm under pressure while prioritizing my work effectively to meet tight deadlines. Furthermore, I thrive in communicating well and building trusting relationships with my coworkers while focusing on developing both my own and others skills.
