IBE, SME, MYB and OLCI and allows users to make bookings, manage them, perform online check in. It is integrated with MARS (Reservation System) and MACS (Departure control system). This system is also integrated with payment gateway for payments when staff’s allowance is finished for the month or staff is on notice. This system also integrates with HR systems, Payroll systems and RAPID (Revenue Accounting Proration Interline and Decision) system

Key Projects:
-Education Permit Management System and E-Service: This project acts as the backbone of KHDA as it automates the complete operations of KHDA and its ‘Permit Department’. It is integrated with ‘Workflow’. It has 4 modules. The User Management module maintains the data for all the applicants and clients along with
-their statuses. The Education Center Management Module contains all the information about Education center and the Permit management module allows permit department to issue, renew, cancel and withdraw the permits for the education center. The ‘reporting’ module allows all users to view different reports depending on their roles on the application.
-Inspection System and Inspection reports: This project allows KHDA inspection bureau to automate full operations of Inspection Department. This was integrated with workflow. It consists of multiple modules like: Education Center Management (integrated with RCC project), Inspectors Management, Document Management, Inspections Management and Final Inspection Reports. It allows Inspection Bureau to maintain education centers in Dubai, maintain the database of inspectors, scheduling the inspections, performing live inspections and then uploading multiple documents e.g. education center profile, inspectors draft report and then finalizing the reports and giving grade to school. The reports are available online for the concerned parties.

Interaction with business users for requirements clarification. Documenting the requirements and work as a single point of contact for team. Provide Functional Support to business users, investigate software issues in Prod environment and provide resolution, Incident reporting for Change Request creation. Analyzing Change Requests, Develop Prototypes, use cases and requirements elicitation using UML, visio diagrams etc, and get business approval.
Preparing documents for the system that were already running, however, none of the documentation was available. For this, the interaction with different teams, complete understanding of system was needed.
