Handling of the departmental activities.

Planning and executing of the manpower and work schedule.

To ensure that all critical spares are maintained as per the requirement.

Planning Monthly production reports and posting to HOD’s.

To ensure whether the process control and quality standards are met.

Planning of Daily production statement and shop floor efficiency calculations.

Communication with production team and Production manager for daily status of commitment targets and update the status.

Monitoring assembly, testing and dispatching within the planned date.
