SENIOR CONSULTANT – SeaTec Consulting, Inc.- Bellevue, Washington - 2001 - Present

●Made key development and documentation contributions to the Boeing KC-46 tanker, 777X, and New Mid-Market Airplane.

●Elicited, developed, and managed requirements for two major airlines technical operations infrastructures.

●Prepared site studies and proposals for Unmanned Aerial Systems including the FAA competition for national test sites.

●Authored IRDs and source selection documents for the US Army’s Joint Tactical Radio System.
