TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR, BVB TRADING ENTERPRISES I was tasked with the responsibility of technical, co-ordination, logistics, procurement and operational stability of clients machinery and automotives’ involving regular interactions with technicians and engineers in the industry. Part of the job also involved with classes being given on mechanical stability, corrosion and cavitation prevention by right use of industrial lubricants and also involved coordinating logistics and procurement of right quality lubricants. Lubricant quality assurance tests were also done on a regular basis to facilitate the strong brand goodwill.

INTERNSHIP & TRAINING

INTERN AT NBTC KUWAIT, WORKSHOP FOR A PERIOD OF 15 DAYS Had the opportunity of working around the fabrication workshop of NBTC Kuwait with engineers from different departments of design, quality control and planning. Helped in a great way to gain insight into the real everyday custom jobs related to the petroleum industry. INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AT GULF SPIC GENERAL TRADING AND CONTRACTING COMPANY W.L.L FOR A PERIOD OF 7 DAYS

An industrial training course was attended under Gulf-spic Kuwait for a period of 7 days during which the different departments such as procurement, planning, design, technical services, fabrications etc. were briefed informatively and duly given guidance under engineering and technical staff. INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AT BPCL REFINERY BY PETROTECHNICAL INSTITUTE Underwent a training program by petrotechnical institute, Kerala regarding the petroleum industry and a visit to the BPCL refinery Kochi was also conducted. The project involved study and development of standardized benchmarks for Titanium Silicon Carbide parts made by the process of Electron Beam melting. The project helped in gaining valuable knowledge in the field of additive manufacturing.

DEVELOPMENT OF PARTS BY ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING AND ITS RECYCLING This project was aimed at developing an effective method for manufacture of carbon fiber reinforced composite and its recycling and thereby aimed at the futuristic sustainable growth of vastly expanding composite materials.

DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF A PORTABLE AND COMPACT SHEET BENDING MACHINE This project was undertaken as part of the final year B.Tech completion project which involved the design and development of a portable and compact sheet bending machine which was well capable and flexible enough to meet the demands of the growing sheet bending industry and was developed as a robust structure capable of bending sheets made of Stainless steel of up to 5mm.
