3.Monitoring Bar par stock, Inventory, slow moving items for Drink of the week/month (Cocktails & Mocktails).

4. Food & Wine Combination.

5.Monitoring of labor effectiveness and multi-tasking delegation.

6.Monitoring fast and slow moving items to be push for the next promo.

7.Monitoring Equipment repairs and maintenance.

8.Analyzing average number of guest-daily monthly, quarterly and yearly.

9.Promoting and marketing Hotel branch.

10.Monitoring nearby competitors promos and events.

11.Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling all levels of project.

12.Controlling / Forecasting budget monthly, quarterly and yearly

13.Controlling Inventory. (FIFO) First in, first out system.

14.Facing different angles of guest complains using the process of anger management triangle system.

15. Reporting (DAS) daily average sales including breakages and spoilage

16.Sending emails to valued guest regarding upcoming promos and events.

17.Daily meeting with Executive chef for a new Menu, stocks and pricing.

18.Coordinating with the nearby 20km.Barangays, City hall, Police stations and hospitals.

19.Proper or detailed forecasting of event’s budget.

20.Checking proper sanitation procedures according to HACCP standard from opening till closing.
