Production Management
Oversee over all mainline production to ensure on-time completion of each stage which encompasses:
Close coordination with technician to guarantee timely delivery;
Checking the status and sending inquires when required;
Communication with offices regarding production status;
Tracking the timing of all delivery duty paid (DDP) shipments including ASN status; and
Approval of delivery issues including offices and logistics
Assume responsibility for the management and maintenance of production status and company requirements
Establish process for proper delivery system throughout product lifecycle management (PLM) work in progress (WIP) for mainline business
Handle T&A of each item before market presentation to ensure on-time delivery upon customer placement
Manage 20 to 30K pieces of replenishment placement per month
Render assistance to sourcing vice president in managing all allocations for all vendors as well as approving all costing

Compile and evaluate all original documents to verify compliance with import and custom requirements to receive custom clearance
