Production Management

Oversee over all mainline production to ensure on-time completion of each stage which encompasses:

Close coordination with technician to guarantee timely delivery;

Checking the status and sending inquires when required;

Communication with offices regarding production status;

Tracking the timing of all delivery duty paid (DDP) shipments including ASN status; and

Approval of delivery issues including offices and logistics

Assume responsibility for the management and maintenance of production status and company requirements

Establish process for proper delivery system throughout product lifecycle management (PLM) work in progress (WIP) for mainline business

Handle T&A of each item before market presentation to ensure on-time delivery upon customer placement

Manage 20 to 30K pieces of replenishment placement per month

Render assistance to sourcing vice president in managing all allocations for all vendors as well as approving all costing

Maintain all internal information systems related to transportation and customs

Utilize Essentus in maintaining purchase orders (PO) and updating delivery information

Identify service value and effectiveness of prospective freight companies associated with company cost and value based on company needs

Ensure on-time arrival of goods to be processsed by reviewing purchase and sales order

Receive orders and submit COO and POD to sales for international private label

Document Management and Schedule Development

Compile and evaluate all original documents to verify compliance with import and custom requirements to receive custom clearance

Develop and manage policies and procedure manual

Create monthly schedule for shipping and receiving

Interpersonal Communications

Lead the negotiation of discounts for late merchandise or inferior product and reported margin changes to management and finance

Lead the coordination of U.S customs focused assessment in 2004 to 2005
