SPECIALTY QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly skilled professional with 20 years of hands-on experience in safety and protective services. Supervises security activities to include weapon systems, security, local ground defense resources arrangement and protection armament and equipment, training, pass and registration, CCTV monitoring and military working dog employment. Familiar with basic security and civil law, and can demonstrate skills in disaster management and risk reduction. Currently a holder of Security Officer and Executive Protection Agent license.

Knowledge of laws & regulation procedures governing Air Force weapon systems, security programs principles concerning human relation confrontation management, the use of Military police equipment to include the .45 caliber pistol, M-16 rifle, M60 Machine-gun and 420MM grenade launcher and the operation of special purpose security vehicles, and the principles of operation, employment. Maintenance requirements of electronic and other security equipment is mandatory. Knowledge of principles and procedure governing local ground defense and anti- tactical and anti-terrorist tactics.

SECURITY STAFF CELEBRITY CRUISES (RCCL) : (MAR 24-Nov 27 2018)

As a Security Staff is responsible for the control of entry to the ship during Gangway Operations and the screening process as described in the Security Manual in SQM. Actual times to be detailed by ships routines.

1. The Security Guard shall have an understanding of the Safety and Quality Management Program including responsibilities and those of the Security Guards in the Safety Organization according to the Emergency Plan and Station Bill

2. The Security Guards working hours should be adjusted as appropriate to the ship's routine. He/She shall monitor the day/night security and prepare a log of activities during the night time hours for presentation to the Security Officer

3. During Safety Rounds the Security Guard shall always be alert and follow the designated procedures

4. The Security Guard shall immediately inform the Duty Officer on the Bridge and any other concerned Officer of any incident which has occurred

5. The Security Guard shall always be alert to take emergency action with any situation.

6. The Security Guard shall report immediately any unusual incidents or situations.

7. Security Guards shall conduct frequent security inspections on the crew quarters during his/hers duty hours

ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES (PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE)

Security Supervisor (NCOD): (2006 – 2016)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.PLANS AND SCHEDULE SECURITY ACTIVITIES

Develops, plans, policies, procedures and detailed Instructions to implement security program. Determines resources requirements for mission and accomplishments. Organizes security personnel and materials to insure efficient and effective security operations. Determines individual and section work priorities, workloads and performance standards for security personnel. Develops and coordinates security work schedule to insure transfer of orderly transfer of responsibility and equipment during shift changes. Monitors preventive maintenance and schedule testing of intrusion detection equipment. Plans and schedules the exercise or rehearsal of security program local ground defence postures and program designed to quell civil or internal disorders.

2. SUPERVISES SECURITY PERSONNEL

Supervises security personnel engaged in providing security for weapon systems defending installation from ground attack, protecting resources operating pass and registration activities, controlling and caring for security armament and equipment, training security personnel and augmenters; and handling military working dogs, provides on-scene supervision for security forces; engaged in normal and emergency security or ground defence operation.

3.ESTABLISHES AND CONDUCTS ON- THE-JOB TRAINING FOR SECURITY PERSONNELS

Supervises and conducts; proficiency training and on the job training programs. Conducts classroom training designed to increase the knowledge of proficiency of security personnel and augmenters, evaluate the effectiveness of training of observing and by studying results of written oral examinations.

4.INSPECT AND EVALUATE SECURITY ACTIVITIES

Inspect security personnel, equipment and facilities. Evaluates and monitors the effectiveness of security and ground defence operations. Evaluate all aspects of security programs to insure security to insure compliance with standards, policies, regulations and laws, conducts local exercise of security programs and ground defence posture and correct deficiencies.

5.PERFORMS TECHNICAL SECURITY FUNCTIONS

Performs security functions Air Force bases located in non-hostile environment, to include patrolling restricted areas. Inspected posted sentries, detecting unauthorized activities, responding to investigate and supervises neutralization of breaches of security alert team. Apprehending intruders, searching persons and property, seizing collecting and preserving evidence, interrogating suspects and witnesses, operating special purpose vehicles, associated heavy weapons, communications; equipment and weaponry, initiating up channel security reports, and implementing down-channel security orders. Supervises ground defence functions; on Air Force bases located in hostile environment to include controlling terrain in and around the base, defending personnel and equipment, and operational resources establish ground defence postures performing field craft movement, operating tactical heavy vehicles, communication equipment, intrusion detection equipment, other special purpose equipment and associated heavy weapons employing and maintaining assigned equipment, weapons and ammunitions preparing ground defence activity reports, records, charts, maps and forms and participating in mobility exercises, and ground based war games in preparation in deployment into hostile environments. Advises the commander on the local application of information, personnel and security programs. Supports security personnel, engaged in law enforcement emergencies. Advises the commander, on the employment of electronic and other physical security equipment to insure required levels; of security are maintained to counter existing threats to local resources.

SAR and Combat Aeromedical Technician: (2000-2016)

Shall conduct security in the area and assist in the completion of full medical assessment of each patient under their care and record such findings on the appropriate documentation.

Shall respond to emergency and non-emergency transports as directed by communications center and comply with all Air evacuation service, Policies and procedures and all applicable ordinances or laws.

Shall conduct daily inspections and clean each assigned Medical kit/trauma bag, issued fire arms and requisition needed equipment and supplies which will ensure the availability of properly equipped Aeromedical team.

Shall operate all vehicles and equipment in a safe prudent manner and adhere to all company policies or procedures and applicable ordinances or laws governing such operation.

Constantly assesses patient and route to emergency facility, administers additional care as indicated or directed by medical director.

Complies with regulations on handling of the deceased, notifies authorities, and arranges for protection of property and evidence at scene.

Performs aeromedical duties, assist in preparation of patients and equipment, assist in planning and deplaning patients.

Performs duty as an independent duty specialist at a small isolated station in absence of medical officer, Conducts medical clinic at small isolated stations in absence of medical officer, at which emergency care or minor medical treatment is rendered.

Renders emergency treatment and if beyond the realms of emergency care or minor medical treatment, recommends evacuation to a location where medical facilities are available.

Performs environmental health inspection and examinations in absence of assigned environmental health officer.

Locates and penetrates incident areas, obtains information’s on locations of missing personnel, penetrates areas by most practical means such as by parachute, SCUBA and determines search and rescue, recovery methods, procedures and equipment to be deployed.

Key Accomplishments:

Safe, secured and efficient, pick up of wounded in action personnel in areas of sulu, basilan, cotabato and other part of the country within the AOR.

Securing the Air craft during the conduct of air evacuation both in combat and forward zone.

Assist the air crew in planning and de-planning of air evacuation of the sick and wounded.

Search and Rescue (SAR) Personnel

505th Search and Rescue Group: (1996 - 2000)

Locates and penetrates incident areas, obtains information’s on locations of missing personnel, penetrates areas by most practical means such as by parachute, SCUBA and determines search and rescue, recovery methods, procedures and equipment to be deployed.

Provides SAR and recovery activities such as providing flotation support for spacecraft and emergency medical aid.

Locates victims and performs survival, escape, evasion and evacuating activities. Searches for aircraft crashes, determines nature and extent of injuries or illness sustained by survivors and renders emergency medical treatment.

Performs SAR Air crew duties, Act as drop master, hoist operator or safetyman on assigned unit aircraft and or helicopters.

Prepares recovery area, Request necessary medical advice or assistance and advices of local conditions and plans by radio or visual signals.
