Summary: As the Senior Application Development Manager, I had the responsibility of managing 44 Conduent employees that were developing the requirements/User Stories, developing the Java code, and testing the code for the MiSACWIS Child Welfare application. From March 2017 to July 2017 was only working part-time (20 hours per week) due to full time work with GE.

Summary: Supported the Agile Scrum Software Project for the DS Services new system Call Center Application (Customer for Life - CLFi). As the Agile Coach, I was responsible for training the Agile Product Owner for DS Services on the role and responsibilities of an Agile Scrum Product Owner, such as how to prepare for the Agile Grooming sessions, how to conduct the Agile Sizing sessions, and how to set the priority on the User Stories. As the Senior Scrum Master, I was responsible for supporting two Scrum teams that were collocated.

Team Configuration: Each of the Scrum teams consisted of 1 Scrum Master, 8 Software Developers, 2 Quality Assurance, 2 Testers, and One Business Analysis (System Engineer).

Agile Tools: Managed the communication between the UI (team located in Charlottesville, Virginia), Java team and Oracle team (both teams located in Atlanta) via the Join Me tool and Click Share tool. All Scrum meetings were conducted by using these tools.

Summary: Supported the Agile Scrum Software .Net Web Portal Based Project for the Rollins SERV suit Project Release 44. As the Senior Agile Scrum Master, was responsible for managing five Scrum teams that were collocated in the local Atlanta office, in the Ohio Office, and in the Argentina office.

Team Configuration: Each of the Scrum teams consisted of 2 .Net Software Developers, 2 Quality Assurance, and One Business Analysis. The five teams were utilized as three Development teams, one Software Support team, and one Software Regression team.

Summary: Coached the assigned Scrum Masters on the agile methods and processes on the GM Java Web Portal Based Project OnStar software development for Cellular devices. The software was developed in Detroit, Michigan with three different local teams that consisted of eight team members per team.

Team Configuration: The teams consisted of one Scrum Master, one Quality Assurance, and four to six Developers. All three team were in Detroit Michigan.

Coached the assigned Scrum Master on the agile methods and processes on the AT&T software development for both the Cellular and Desktop devices for the U-verse Cable Services.

Team Configuration: The team consisted of a Definition team (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis, and Experience Lead) and a Delivery team (Developers, Quality Assurance, and System Analysis).
