ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES INVOLVED:
SCAFFOLD COORDINATOR / SENIOR SCAFFOLD SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDENT:
Coordination of sub-contractors and site scaffold activities.
Takes appropriate action to address the problem and issues the contractor to rectify.
Explain and guide to contractor supervisors communicate safety guidance and related hazards during the toolbox meeting.
To ensure assistance contractor to risk assessment and method of statement to earlier work.
To closely monitoring and remove scaffold related hazards by an unsafe work environment.
Contractor daily manpower scheduled, and scaffold progress status reports submit to area lead and superintendent.
Ensure that all hazard warning signs are clearly visible during both day and night.
Use best method to resolving conflicts between project participants as quickly as possible.
Report daily manpower scheduled and scaffold progress status to manager.
Identified future construction conflict and use best method to resolve before build the scaffold.
To make sure the scaffold contractors take part of adequate project in in-house training.
To closely monitoring scaffold standard, comply with ministry of manpower regulation.
Carry out regular maintenance and inspection of personal protective equipment and hand tools for the scaffold.
To scheduled and documented weekly scaffold inspection.
To closely monitoring and carry out good housekeeping before during after completing the work regularly.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES INVOLVED :
SAFETY COORDINATOR / SAFETY SUPERVISOR:
Review and Endorse the PTW (Permit to Work).
Conduct and participate TBT and Mass TBM with subcontractors.
Review and Assess the PTT (Pre-Task Talk) on site with Subcontractors Supervisors.
Liaise closely with site operations staff and Area Safety Manager on all safety and health issues on construction.
Carries out daily site safety inspections of workplace and takes appropriate action to ensure compliance.
Assist the Area Safety Manager for Preparation of various reports, documents and forms & safety documents.
Monthly Area Safety Auditing with Client and follow up the report (PTW, PTT, Safety Campaign, Work at Height, Hot Work, Excavation, MEWP, Etc.)
