Started out as a Working Superintendent (2000): responsible for all field employees; scheduling all jobs with GC's; conducted daily meetings to go over daily operations and safety regulations; responsible for tracking/reporting employees time; and completion of projects on schedule; tracking/maintaining and ordering materials/equipment/labor for each job, plus much more. Promoted to VP of Operations (June 2002): oversee & schedule multiple jobs/projects; hired and supervised superintendents; interviewed and hired field employees; tracking/maintaining ahd ordering materials/equipment/crews for each job; review all daily reports; contacted superintendents each morning to go over progress of each job, discuss any issues with jobs/GC's, etc.; processed all estimates for potential new jobs; attended Pre-Bid and Pre-Con meetings; assigned company vehicles/trailers to superintendents; handled all HR paperwork for all field employees; reviewed job costing for each completed job, plus much more.
