Finance & Information Services -- All accounting functions, including G/L, payroll tax returns, A/P processing, and tracking of donor gifts; plus network support responsibility for 28 workstations and light network administration. Maintained detailed and confidential donor records including recording and reporting gifts of securities, tangible and non-tangible assets, plus wills and legacies. Recruited, trained, and managed multiple teams of volunteers to assist with counts/deposits of weekly offering, hospitality, and office tasks.

All accounting functions, including G/L, payroll tax returns and AP & AR processing, as well as prioritizing and dispatching the service team as needed, preparation of job and equipment proposals, permitting (including Notice to Owner and follow-up), acquisition of parts and equipment according to spec, etc.

Project - acquired computer equipment and set up computerized accounting, plus vehicle acquisition and disposition records for four locations from Lake City to Miami FL. This included stays at every location to install hardware & software, then train Office Managers and support staff.

Computrol, Inc. (later known as Atlantic Data Services, Inc.) – Daytona Beach, FL

Starting as an employee; continued as co-owner. Data entry and processing of A/R, A/P, Payroll and G/L for up to 120 clients at a time when few local businesses performed these functions onsite. We were most often recommended by the clients’ Certified Public Accountants.

I have lived and worked in the Daytona/Ormond Beach area for all of my adult life. I am comfortable with work-related travel throughout the continental U.S., as needed. I have personal ties to this area, and I have long established professional relationships here as well.
