I do not take customer service and its importance lightly. The reason I have such an interest in this position is the ability to help others address and reach the publics needs. My past work experience would help me go far in this industry. I am looking for a customer service or clerical position, and have a draw to this field. Putting the two together is ideal for my perfect job.

In my role, as a representative for Xcel Energy, I helped others resolve concerns for their house. I scheduled for their energy to be restored or cut off. I was responsible for multiple projects within this role and making sure everyone was well taken care of. I worked in a fast paced role with my job at Chick fil a, and am used to multi-tasking. I was to address concerns and issues within all of my jobs and am a fast thinker. I think this would make me the perfect fit for this role.

I have assisted a doctor at the Doctors Clinic and have worked as an office manager for a chiropractic in Dallas. These jobs gave me lots of experience within this field and I look forward to continuing my experience with this job. I love working in customer service as it brings great joy to be able to serve others.
