2005- 2009 Alcatel-Lucent in Altamonte Springs, FL Senior Technical Training Specialist - Instructor for the IMS Network Architecture. Taught customers how to provision and trouble shoot network elements within the IMS network, such as, 5450 ISC (P-I-S CSCF and BGCF),5420 CTS,1440 USDS/HSS, LCM, 5020 MGC, etc. Attended DMX optical train the trainer courses.
