Built project ‘Pump protection and monitoring system’. The project is designed to protect the pump from various operating parameters like temperature, vibrations and flow using Arduino board. For protection we have used DHT 11, SW-420,YF-S201 sensors. The data retrieved from the sensors will be monitored continuously and logged onto a Microsoft XL sheet specifying the time and date of the database using the Teraterm software. The sensor data will be displayed on an Android application continuously on a android mobile console using Wi-fi for monitoring from remote location.

Major Project

Successfully completed project titled ‘Air quality detection using MQ 135 sensor’. We have used PIC 18F452 for this project. We have used MQ 135 Gas sensor which senses the various gases present in air and gives change in concentration of gas using semiconductor material in the form of change in output resistance in this project we have checked concentration of smoke present in air. We have Converted that value in ppm(parts per million) using mathematical formulaes and displayed it on LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) along with a message corresponding to the quality of air using serial communication. Also that value and message will be displayed on mobile phone with an android app using Bluetooth module HC- 05. By installation of this module we can check whether air is polluted or not before going to that place.
