TRAC Web Enhanced Online Reporting Phase II: Match Web online Trust Reports to Legacy Trust Reports. Mainframe technical lead working extensively with JAVA developers and architecture. Responsibilities; research, design, code, test, document and migrate all enhancements (code, JCL, database changes). Learned and performed QA role; using Zephyr, created test scripts, executed test scripts, and attained user sign off. Additionally resolved coding issues and supported production abends from Phase I. Results: Assumed three roles and project was installed successfully and on time.
TRAC Web Support Quality Initiative: Resolve issues with tickets from a new Web Implementation and rebuild quality system to mend trust with clients. Lead technical extended team offshore and local to triage, prioritize, and research to determine the root cause. Resolve issues, by designing, coding, and testing, and ran migrations/installations up the platforms. Results: Identified fees that were never charged as part of another project. Found a gap in QA training that created unnecessary tickets and made training recommendations to reduce ticket count. Successfully redeveloped a quality system and gained back client trust.

Add new URL to assign a repayment method of ACH or Payroll. Lead technical team in the requirements gathering, research, coding, testing, documentation, and ran all installations up the platforms through production within strict timelines. Result: Started as COBOL applications developer and ended as project lead. Provided quality enhancements and flexibility to systems that clients could utilize additional loan options.
