Cordoba Corporation – Project Controls Manager 2017-presemt Responsible for and successfully Implemented & managed the overall development/implementation/application of Microsoft Projects & Project Controls Practices encompassing people, processes and tools to plan, and execute the $3 billion Capital Improvement Program on schedule and within budget.

• Successfully established policies and procedures for Project Managers and Project Delivery Team (PDT) members for implementing new projects and maintaining existing projects.

Army Corp of Engineers –Chief for the Project Controls Branch 2000 – 2011 Responsible for and successfully Implemented & managed the overall application of P6 / Primavera Automated Information System (P2) within the South Pacific Los Angeles District (SPL), including all of the following programs; Civil Works, Civil Works O&M, Military, Military O&M, IIS, Environment, Real Estate, Regulatory, & Emergency Management.

• Established & Ensured the Standardized Processes were followed in order to maintain data integrity and uniformity within the LA District.

Project Controls Consultant, Raytheon Engineers & Constructors1996-1996 Traveled extensively trouble shooting problem construction sites, setting up the project controls tracking system, instituting corporate reporting policies. Trained subordinates and construction supervisors on how to maintain both the tracking system and the reporting policies. Cost/Schedule Engineer Manager, Raytheon Constructors 1994-1995 Provide guidance in a 220 MW Cogeneration Facility using Primavera as a scheduling tool and an in-house costs system (CRMS). Developed and implemented tracking mechanisms. Analyzed data in order to recognize potential problems. Enlisted and motivated the cooperation of all departments. Tracked impacts to the job that pertained to the project completion date.

Cost/Schedule Engineer Manager, Raytheon Constructions 1994-1994 Traveled corporately to train management & project staff on Raytheon’s in-house Computerized Cost System

(CRMS). Trained management on corporate cost & scheduling procedures. Cost/Schedule Engineer Manager, Ebasco Constructors (Raytheon)1990-1994 Provide guidance in a 100 million barrel a day onshore oil processing facility using Primavera as a scheduling tool and an in-house cost system (CRMS) to monitor and forecast the cost of the project. Developed tools to monitor construction activities and the costs associated with these activities. Kept management abreast of progress, delays, and any changes that occur from week to week. Lead Cost/Schedule Engineer, Ebasco Constructors 1990-1991 Reassigned in a critical situation to a 37 MW Cogeneration Facility in process and assumed responsibilities. Monitored construction activities in relation to the cost of the project. Tracked impacts to the job that pertained to the project completion date. Evaluated subordinates estimates & performance. Lead Cost/Schedule Engineer, Ebasco Constructors 1989-1990 Responsible for the setup, implementation, and maintenance of both the Primavera Schedule and a Cost System

(CRMS) from beginning to end, including a Hydro & start-up Schedule. Brief management of progress and changes. Constantly interface with engineering and construction to update and maintain the schedule.
