Working as a Mechanical engineer and looking after Fabrication, erection& commissioning Fabrication of Design Tribe Pvt Ltd Designed cement clinker grinding machinery Ball mills, Grit Separator and other auxiliaries. Liasioning with AKBAVA, LOCAL contractors and higher management. Erection and commissioning of various mechanical equipment like BALL MILLS of Raw grinding, Process Fans, ELICON Impact crusher, Material handling equipment like belt conveyors, screw conveyors, air slides, bucket elevators, Material dozing equipment like Rotary airlocks and vibro feeders .Utility equipment like Air compressors (screw &rotary) Roots blowers, Water pumps, pipe lines for air and water. Pollution control equipment like bag filters.

WORKING CAPABILTIES:-

Commissioning of Grate cooler, Drag chain conveyors, Deep pan conveyors, process fans (REITZ) & Lubrication systems (LINCOLN GREASE SPARY SYSTEMS) .

Up graduation of Electro static precipitator TO Bag house.

Commissioning of 200 TPH limestone crusher (KRUPP), primary crusher (roller type), and secondary crusher (IMPACT) and conveying equipment.

Erection and commissioning of WALCHANDNAGAR Ball mill (capacity: 1500 TPD), Grit separator, AUMUND bucket elevators, ENEXCO silo extraction system, ENEXCO bucket elevators.

Erection and Commissioning of WALCHANDNAGAR Coal mill (capacity :720 TPD), trans weigh loss in weigh system, Clair bag house, Kay roots blowers, FK pumps and other auxiliary.

Actively involved and supervising of fabrication and erection of raw mill ducting’s, coal mill ducting’s, hot cyclones, chimneys, all process fan ducting’s, raw meal hoppers, cement silos.

Fabrication, erection and commissioning of Reverse Air Bag House (CLAIR) (Capacity : 257600 M3/HR), rotary air locks, drag chain conveyors(Turbo vent) and other auxiliaries.

Raw mill works includes hot air duct, cyclones,air slides, air slide blowers, and vent fan, Booster fan erection& commissioning

Erection, Commissioning, servicing &periodically maintenance of all types of air compressors (ROTARY& SCREW).

Kiln supporting roller shaft shrink fitting& machining work, supporting roller bore work and replace the supporting roller four times. Give assistance to the hot kiln alignment &girth gear maintenance for two times(Allan smith engineering ltd.)&Tip casting plates changing works. inlet& outlet seal modification works.

Maintenance of fives pillard nova flame burner. Maintenance of KAY roots blowers, FK pumps, TRANSWEIGH loss in weight system, SCHENCK weigh feeders.

Successfully completed commissioning of SAVANNA DIAMOND CEMENTS, BUIPE, GHANA

ACTIVITIES:-

Planning of day to day activities as per schedule.

Equipment selection and procurement under the guidance of senior management groups for plant development jobs. Executive of various modification works of the plant.

Execution of the major overhauling jobs.

Responsible for the optimization of production and improving the machine availability.

Arrangement of various spares required for the plant from time to time keeping in view of the inventory costs.

Effectively involved in the various lower groups and implementation of the environmental management system.
