Radius Solutions Inc is a leading solution supplier in Printing and Packaging Industry. PECAS has over 200,000 worldwide user community. The purpose of SFDC module is to gather production information through the use of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) from Printing and Packaging Industrial Presses and other similar machinery. Industrial Presses and Packaging equipment can cost upward of $10 million dollars, so maximizing utilization is of utmost interest, SFDC helps achieve this by closely monitoring production, downtime and streamlining job throughput and providing real-time factory production statistics/job projections.

Key Accomplishments:

Chief Architect and Designer for SCADA real-time factory automation system, developed TCP/IP tunneling Modbus protocol communications solution for Shop Floor Data Collection (SFDC) module in the PECAS Vision ERP product.
