Donor Support Technician- Set up machines, respond to machine alarms, monitor donors, disconnect and pay donors whilst providing excellent customer service. Processing Technician- Separate plasma from collected bottles to sample tubes, pack plasma into cases to prepare for shipment, and prepare samples for sample shipment. Reception Technician- Greeted visitors and kept the front lobby clean and neat to give visitors a positive impression of the center. Answer donor inquiries at front desk and provide good customer service and good etiquette over phone call. Screen donors for donation suitability by taking their vitals and assessing their hematocrit and protein levels to ensure donor safety. Enroll new donors and provide them with their prepaid cards, and give them direction on the entire donation process. Trainer- Mentor and provide a new employee with a thorough introductory process, guide them through their training guide, and teach them step-by-step how to do each section of their packet in order to function properly and safely in his/her area.

requires preventative maintenance or repair due to incessant alarms or non-functioning parts I will perform diagnostics and evaluations to ensure the machine is safe for the donor and to ensure the productivity is optimized. If not, I will diagnose the issue and either order parts from our vendor or replace it with a part we already have obtained.
