(“Statement”) is to advise visitors of what information the Company collects, how it is used, and with whom and for what purpose it may be shared. Interested employment applicants of the Company are required to read and understand this Statement before proceeding. Recruitment Services

This Website enables you to interact with the Company. Website users can search and apply for employment opportunities with the Company. Data voluntarily provided to us through the Website is stored and used for recruitment services and to improve the Website experience. We do not share this information with third parties, except as provided in this Statement. The Company uses security measures reasonable to the nature and scope of our operations to protect confidential personal information. A third party hosts the Company’s applicant tracking system. The Company requires the third party, by contract, to implement reasonable security measures designed to protect applicant data from unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or destruction. The Company may share information about you among Company staff and others, as necessary as part of the recruitment process. Information We May Collect From You

We generally collect information previously captured on a paper employment application such as name, address, home phone number, mobile phone number, email addresses and general contact information to facilitate PFG to be able to communicate with you. We also collect additional personal information such as career objectives and restrictions, as well as your employment and educational history, and information about your job related skills. IF you are applying to a driver job with us, we may also collect information about your driving history in order to comply with DOT regulations. Finally, upon hire we will also collect your social security number and date of birth in order to process your information as a new hire. We collect and may disclose statistical information gathered as a whole (e.g. total number of applicants and applicant origin) for internal reporting purposes and to improve the experience we offer to our global job seekers. However, we never disclose information that identifies any individual for such purposes.

If you opt to provide Date of Birth, Sex, Marital Status or Nationality information, this information is gathered for diversity monitoring and reporting only and will not be used in the recruitment and selection process.

Web Log

Use of the Website creates a web log that automatically records basic information about your experience. The web log collects statistical information including the internet domain from which you accessed the Website, your IP address, the type of browser and operating system, date/time of access, pages visited, and links clicked, among other data.
