Gosch Auto Group, I.T. Director September 2008 – Present

Began as Network Support in 2008 and have worked my way over the past 10 years to I.T. Director, now overseeing the entire department that manages six stores. Highlights include integrating six dealerships together on one network and IP-based phone system, saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars and increasing computer/internet speed and efficiency tenfold. Other accomplishments include:

●Led the electronic integration of our last car dealership acquisition, connecting it to the existing LAN/WAN backbone and phone system seamlessly

●Internet throughput for three different sites was combined and increased tenfold

●Designed, implemented & manage the IP-based telephone system for all six dealerships

●Redesigned older existing LAN for wiring efficiency, interconnecting twelve different buildings, implementing different VLAN configurations and subnet routing – (allowing a technological advance to go from a “flat” network configuration to a dynamic layout)

●Built multiple Windows servers, including creating a Windows Domain/Forest, and establishing VMWare virtualization, as well as daily backups of all necessary data

●Daily maintenance of firewalls & managing VPN connectivity

●Daily management of LAN & WAN for the organization of approximately 650 employees

TripTrade, Owner/Developer October 2001 - September 2008

Created, defined and implemented this Airline Schedule Management Business that allowed busy travel professionals access to instant, efficient and highly innovative software that allowed ease of travel transfers, (etc). Software was designed & built from the ground up using standard Microsoft Access Database systems. Accomplishments include:

●Started with 87 Flight Attendants, and grew to over 250

●Partnered with American Airlines exclusively to integrate their systems and their employees - we were licensed to access the American Airlines system directly

●SQL Database programming and Jet-Engine Database programming skills were implemented daily for continual modification, improvement, and efficiency of the “TripTrade” Database software program

●User-interface was simple and self-explanatory for the end-user, while detailed and powerful for the back-end users

SMC Networks, Manager, Technical Support February 2001 - September 2001

Was hired specifically to head their Technical Support Department which operated 24/7 and create a Database Software program to track calls, customers, notes, resolutions, and generate technical reports.

●Managed fifteen to twenty tech-support personnel

●Created their first call-tracking Database system which was designed to be a three-tiered relational SQL Database software with separate dedicated front-end and back-end portions
