Responsible for efficiency and maintainability of a loan accounting system. System was a CICS online system with a batch window support system. Also responsible for enforcement of shop standards for any process that was put into production.
One efficiency project resulted in a $3 million decrease in direct computer expense.
Decreased the downtime of the monthly release from a full day to where the down time was limited to the standard batch window.

Technical Consultant
Member of the conversion support team, Colaborated with business and technical colleges across many departments to create design and test conversion programs for 10 different efforts. Some were small (a few weeks), but most where multi-year efforts. Our efforts were always on time with only minor follow up issues.
Many of conversion efforts were directed at understanding systems that had also had conversions into them from other systems with much of the supporting documentation missing.
