As liaison between technical computer specialists and hospital specialists, coordinated specification and documentation for customization of Spectra Medical Information System, user training of hospital administrative and medical personnel, and installation of hardware and software. Promoted to System Documentation Manager – Analyzed, redesigned and revised the Systems Installation Manual resulting in 250% improvement in installation time, system accuracy, and improved client relationships.

HBO COMPANY Chicago, IL 11/77 to 11/78: Systems Engineer – Six client hospitals: programmed modifications, wrote financial interface programs, and trained users on MEDPRO Hospital Information System.
