Hired as a Lenovo employee 4 months early from a 1 year contract for consistently exceeding expectations in writing, lighting, filming, 2D and 3D animating, and video editing techniques for on-time broadcast quality deliverables.

The quality improvements were instrumental in doubling the client base, enabling funding to add another video producer, and increase funding for the purchase of broadcast quality video production equipment.

Project lead designer for the creation of a very successful Lenovo customer service channel on YouTube. It is giving assistance to customers, reducing call center volume and increasing brand awareness.
