Charge the proper amount that the batch requires.

Sample for RSN, PH, E/A, Solids, and H2O.

Do adjustment to batch.

Sample for finals.

Transfer to T/T or storage once approved.

Henkel Corporation City of Industry, Ca 2007 to 2009

Communicate and relieve operator from his duties.

Continue adding chemical’s to the batch.

Mix and heat or cool the batch to temperature.

Scrape blades and add more chemicals.

Set up system to package product.

Sample product for packaging.

Apply Loctite label to container.

United States Gypsum Santa Fe Springs, Ca 2002 to 2005

Operate mixer, producing drywall and sheetrock by adding fiber glass.

Adjust plate for square edges as well as thickness.

Removed product from stacker with forklift.

Quality checked boards to specific measurements.

Operate the cutter machine when need.
