2013 - 2015: The Israeli Employment Service. CIO. In charge of all aspects of IT systems and infrastructure. Advising the IES management in strategic decision making. Leading and managing the IES major project (80 million NIS) of reestablishment of its core systems. Defining the online omni-channel service strategy of the IES. Initiation of solutions for continuous improvement of the IES computing capabilities, through reduction of ongoing costs and the promotion of innovation.

2004: PNM Software. Group Leader. Managing project managers, system analysts and programmers. Managing a BPM strategic project for an international client in a Microsoft environment. Providing training in both Hebrew and English.

1999 - 2000: Malam. Oracle sector manager. Management of project managers, system analysts, programmers, DBAs and system administrators, both in project frameworks and as consultants stationed at customers. Responsibility for successful delivery of all Oracle projects, customer relationship management, pre-sale activity and RFP's responses. Recruitment and placement of consultants at customers' sites.

1995 - 1999: John Bryce Systems. Head of the Government Sector and Manager of the Israeli Employment Service Project. Managing employees in various roles. Pre-sale activity and RFP's responses. Conducting courses at John Bryce Training. Managing the maintenance group at the IES site (Unix/Oracle), developing complex SQL reports and conducting user training.

1994 - 1995: TTI (Team). Development and maintenance of various systems – SQL, Sybase, Unix, C, Jam.
