Manage and mentor facility and chemical handler employees.

Maintain the daily operations of the facility infrastructure.

Plan and manage all infrastructure cost savings projects. 50% cost savings project completed in 2017 in natural gas.

Management of the EH&S and chemical control operations budget

Waste Water facilities management

$35,000 investment and a $195,000 return to date.

Accident investigation team leader. With a reduction in lost time accidents after investigations. Plating Technician 2000 - 2009

Duties included checking plating baths to ensure they were at the proper conditions and adding chemicals as needed.

Preform a carbon treatment in the baths and send out samples to be tested on a bi-weekly basis. Some in house analysis of plating baths.

Sustained and repaired any problems with the equipment.

Setup and ran distillation process for used chemicals and ran some of the waste treatment system for chemicals that were not reclaimed.

Used Dektak and XRF equipment for checking thicknesses on plated products.

Provided consultation with engineering for plating problems.

Set up and rebuilt plating lines for our needs.
