Engineering Adapted an engineering analysis scheme utilizing 3D Modeling software to forecast how dimensional variation in just one part of a multi part system can have an affect with magnitude on the dimensional variation whole system. Result: Via analysis; Design Engineering was able to determine which individual variance has the greatest affect on the system and apply dimensional tolerance limits to reduce system variance.

Contract Review Organized a Contract Specification Review to Task and Action Plan at prototype only suppliers. Result: A near elimination in missed specification parameter and improvement in RFQ cost and time forecasting, saving the need for the supplier to have to request increase in funding.
