Duties and Responsibilities: Pre-Contract.

• Examination Tender Document.

• Raise internal Memos to Finance for prepare

tender bond & financial detail based on

Instruction of tender.

• Responsible for estimating take off and

monitoring the overall quantities of the project

and reviewing subcontractor and vendor

invoices.

• Obtains quotes/bids and subcontractor,

the purchase department.
