Prepare daily bank deposits, process customer payments, along with all account payable and receivable records. Oversee and manage rental properties including all accounts payable and receivable records. Work closely with Accountant, produce month end reports and year-end projections.

Reconcile bank statements as well as vendor statements.

Duties: Answered multi line telephone system. Prepared all daily bank deposit and internal income reports. Reconciled bank statements as well as vendor statement. Prepared payroll for processing weekly. Scheduled all ice rink users.
