The company’s customer base includes nearly every major vehicle manufacturer in the global automotive, commercial vehicle & off-highway markets. Roles & Responsibilities :

Reduces cycle time by improving the process plan.

To follow 5S and safety.

Increase the product life & reduces the rejection.

Lower maintenance and production costs.

Analysis of process & Machine Breakdown and plan corrective action to Reduce Breakdown Time.

List and track safety, quality and downtime related problems and implement Countermeasures.
