Application Developed and Deployed:

Access Control System – the access control is an integration of Proximity Card (RF Card) Readers, Turnstile Gates to an existing ID System which was developed to monitor the in and out of the students and employees of the company. The system was developed using different technologies such as VFP for the ID System, VB for the hardware integration and ASP.NET for the monitoring of logs. The system utilizes SQL Server for its database.

Payroll System - the payroll system runs on a multi-user environment, which is used to process the payroll computation of the employees of the organization, it is also capable of generating government required reports as well as bank required files for bank upload. The system was developed using VFP with web-integration using ASP.NET technology. The application is using SQL Server 2005 for its backend database.

On-line Requisition System – It is a windows-based application developed using Visual FoxPro that caters the paperless request processing of various departments. The system links the different departments of the company, going to the budget section for approval and purchasing section for payment consolidation.

Enrollment System - the enrollment system is a multi-module application that serves as the run-in application of the entire organization, it caters the student records process, tuition fee computation, reports generation and payment collection reports. It was developed using VFP which utilizes Visual FoxPro’s native tables and SQL server database.

On-line Grades Encoding System - a web-based application developed using ASP classic and ASP.net, that integrates with the enrollment system. The application is designed to cater the grade encoding of the faculty for the basic education department. It utilizes SQL Server database for its database.

Point-of Sales System and Inventory System - The POS a barcode integrated application, generally developed to cater the bookstore of the company for proper sales and inventory monitoring. The system utilized both VFP and SQL server databases.

Point of Sales System – POS for the company run food services. The system was developed using purely in VFP using it native tables.

Web-Based/Online Application

Maintained the company website running on LAMP, (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP).
