-Spearheaded the development, and testing of synthetic grafts for nerve and cartilage repair.

-Headed the development of toxicity assays for algae for the remediation of pink water for US Army RDECOM.

-Led a team that that was awarded the $50,000 NSF I-Corps grant which was utilized for the market research and business discovery of the novel nerve guidance conduit.

-Managed the development and validated a patented nerve graft for peripheral nerve repair.

Stevens Institute of Technology, Ph.Dc, Fellow, Hoboken, NJ Sept 2010 – May 2015

-Was awarded a 2014 NSF I-Corps $50,000 grant for the commercialization of a developed cartilage technology which led to over 100 interviews with KOLs and stakeholders.

-Developed a patented novel osteochondral scaffold for the regeneration of articular cartilage.

-Performed multiple studies to test the efficacy of different polymeric scaffolds and coatings that aided the PI in obtaining over $1,000,000 in DoD, NIH, and NSF grant funding.
